Returns

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, and will only refund faulty products when a replacement of the product cannot be honoured.

We accept exchanges and can issue store credit- NO REFUNDS.

Our policy for exchange is available for 7 days from the date the item is received. Please email queenteam@seaqueenswim.com within this time if you require an exchange or store credit (we do not do refunds) for details about how to process your exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require your order number and your replacement will not be shipped out until we have had a chance to received the returned item and check its' condition. If we are satisfied that the item is resalable, we will do our best to send out your replacement item within 24hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on a faulty, un-replaceable item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
